Delivery

Delivery is to the UK mainland only.

Delivery charges are based on the order weight and this will be shown within the Checkout window excluding VAT. However - All Poultry Housing and any item shown as FREE DELIVERY will NOT incur a charge at Checkout.

Standard delivery is Monday to Friday [excluding bank holidays] usually from 9am to 5pm.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of Poultry Housing.
Non Housing goods are dispatched next working day when in stock.

Online Payment

Farmyard Poultry use Sage Pay as our Payment Service Provider, Sage Pay is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the Security Standards Council.

All payments are processed through an encrypted secure server and therefore using Sage Pay will ensure your peace of mind and reassure you as a Farmyard Poultry Customer.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo and most major credit cards.

To help minimise the risk of your authorisation being refused by your card provider please ensure.

• All of your details are entered correctly, particularly your Name, Home Address and Postcode.
• Also ensure your card is registered to the billing address.

Once you have submitted your details we will request authorisation for payment immediately.

Alternative Payment

As an alternative to paying by credit or debit card Farmyardpoultry.co.uk will accept a cheque from a UK bank account made payable to Farmyard Poultry.

Please Note: We will confirm receipt and despatch your order when your cheque is cleared.
